OU/Kansas Game- Family Pictures Oct 18, 2008

We love to watch OU games together! It's usually fun, depending on the game outcome! :) No, really we love our OU football team.

The OKC Zoo again! Oct 17, 2008

As you can tell, we have a zoo pass. So, Asa and I go to the zoo often on nice days! We have such a great zoo! This time, Mame came with us. We had a great time!

Asa with the Great-Grandmothers

Here are a few pictures of the great-grandmothers in the hospital with Asa. I had so many pictures from those few days, I overlooked putting these in. Asa is very loved!

Asa visits Family in Tulsa

Asa and I took our first road trip to Tulsa on October 9th to visit some of our family- Aunt Janet, Grandmommie and Francisco, Cousin Sydney and her little boy Kenny. It was a beautiful day for a drive, and we enjoyed getting to see some of them for the first time.

Asa camping at McGee Creek State Park again- Oct 2008

While Daddy and Pawpaw hunt, Asa and I get to spend time at the McGee Creek State Park with Mame. We walk around the lake and campsite. It's been so relaxing for all of us! The guys still have not been able to harvest a deer yet, but they're still trying! Asa, Eric and I are going back the end of October for 5-6 days, and Pawpaw will be there for one weekend during that time during muzzleloader deer season.

Asa in his boppy at 7 weeks old- October 9, 2008

Asa likes sitting up and looking around now. His boppy is great to help him do this!

My two boys!

It amazes me everyday how quickly Asa changes. He has really begun to smile and coo. I love to see Eric holding Asa. They look so much alike, and they are the joy of my life! I am thankful for the two little men in my life! These pictures are of Asa at 7 weeks celebrating mommy and daddy's birthday.

Cowboy Hall of Fame Sep 26, 2008

For my 32nd Birthday, we took Asa to the Cowboy Hall of Fame. It was a wonderful day! In usual Asa style, he slept through the museum while I carried him in the Baby Bjorn carrier. I love the carrier because I feel like I get to snuggle with Asa even when I need to have my hands free! Eric's Birthday was the following weekend, which I will post pictures of soon. We took Asa camping again so that his daddy could bowhunt for deer. As you can see, Asa travels very well. He is a great baby! :)

Asa's First Zoo Trip September 27, 2008

Asa slept through almost his entire first zoo trip, with the exception of his feeding. Eric and I really enjoyed the beautiful Saturday morning. We have always loved the zoo and go at least 5-6 times a year. I'm sure Asa will love it too when he gets a little bigger! Our OKC Zoo is one of the best, and we love the OK trails exhibit.
